Guest & Booking Terms

Key conditions currently published by The 11th Floor for reservations, private events and the guest experience.

General

Before your visit

Dress code: Smart Casual Attire. Right of Admission is reserved.

Children: Children aged 6 and under are not permitted between 07:00–16:30. Children aged 12 and under are not permitted from 17:00 onwards.

Payment: No cash accepted.

Parking: Free, safe basement parking is available on levels 1–3 of the Alpha Building.

Pets: No pets, except service animals.

Celebrations

Cakes: Guests may bring their own cake; a cakeage fee of R700 applies. Cakes are also available for sale.

External alcohol: Not permitted.

Décor: External décor, including balloons and floral arrangements, is not permitted.

Professional photographers: Only permitted for exclusive venue hire. Guests may use phones while respecting other diners.

Private Events

Private events and functions can be tailored to guest requirements. Exclusive restaurant hire is permitted during the week from Monday to Thursday.

Large Bookings

For reservations, provide the date, time, guest count and any special requirements through our reservation calendar or reservations team.

For large or complex bookings, direct contact with the restaurant is recommended so the experience can be planned correctly.
