Drive into the basement parking lot of the Alpha Building. Parking is available on levels 1–3 and is free, safe and secure. Take the lifts to level 11.
Yes. Use our reservation calendar to choose your preferred date, guest count and time, or email reservations@the11thfloor.co.za for special requirements.
Children aged 6 and under are not permitted between 07:00–16:30. Children aged 12 and under are not permitted from 17:00 onwards.
Yes. A cakeage fee of R700 applies. Cakes are also available for sale through the venue.
No. External alcohol is not permitted; the venue offers a wide alcoholic beverage selection.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals.
Yes. Smart Casual Attire is required and Right of Admission is reserved.
No external décor is permitted, including balloons and floral arrangements.
Professional photographers are only permitted when the venue has been hired for an exclusive event. Phone photography is welcome while respecting other guests.
Yes, exclusive events are permitted during the week from Monday to Thursday. Email the reservations team with your specifications.
